SHIPPING POLICY

Elsory partners with premium global carriers and local courier partners to offer reliable worldwide shipping.

We require between 2-5 working days to process and dispatch your order from our distribution centers. During peak periods (holidays) or for high-demand items, dispatch may take up to 10 days.

Please note:

  • We only ship during business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking details.

  • For orders with multiple items, products may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers to ensure you receive your items as fast as possible.

SHIPPING INSURANCE & PRIORITY HANDLING If you selected "Shipping Insurance" at checkout, your order is flagged for priority processing to ensure dispatch within 1-2 business days.

This option also provides premium protection for your order. If your package is confirmed lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, we will issue an immediate free replacement without the standard claim waiting period.

TRACKING

All orders are processed with tracking numbers. You will receive an email with the tracking number when your order is dispatched.

Note: It can take 1-3 days for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information, please contact us.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates (excluding processing time):

  • United States: 7-14 Business days

  • Canada, Europe: 10-14 Business days

  • Australia, New Zealand: 10-21 Business days

  • Mexico, Central/South America: 15-30 Business days

While we strive to deliver within these timelines, Elsory is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier issues, severe weather, or other factors outside our control.

DELIVERY GUARANTEE

We value your peace of mind. If your package is not delivered within 45 days of the shipment date, we will consider the package lost and issue a full refund immediately, no questions asked. (Note: This guarantee applies to the standard shipping timeframe and covers issues such as lost packages or excessive customs delays).

DUTIES & TAXES

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Elsory cannot predict or cover these charges.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your tracking information states "Delivered" but you have not received it, or if your package arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately at support@elsory.com. We will assist you in locating the package or filing a claim with the carrier.

Important: Please report damaged or missing items within 7 days of the delivery date.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

 Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee address changes once the order is in our system. If you notice an error, please email us URGENTLY with the subject line "Address Change".
